Happy Birthday, Linda! Our book club had a wonderful lunch at Gigi's today for Linda's birthday. My new favorite go-to gift is from MacKenzie-Childs. Every girl should have one. The box is drop dead gorgeous. I got out my glue gun and stuck a pretty Prima flower on the top of the box to cover the price tag. I would never toss this box.

I found a new fun store called Charmin Charlies and I went nuts with the bling. Bling is my prozac!!!! It's just F.U.N. And the color, the colors are so cool. So here is my own Smashbook creation!!

I was so inspired by the new smashbooks out there, I made my own (and a few more for my sisters!). Why not take a .99 cent composition notebook, dress it up and use it as a smashbook. I can see that I could fill volumes.

OKAY, did I say random hobby artist? Yep, that's me. Don't stand on your head, try looking at it this way! The previous picture was truly wabi-sabi.

Roses on my table is a beautiful place to "grow your art". Especially for random hobby artist like myself.
